Our highly specialist consultants have successfully serviced clients in all of the major actuarial hubs around the world, with a particular focus on Europe and the UK. The Division covers Chief Actuaries, Senior Partners and other Board Level Appointments to Nearly/Newly Qualified Actuaries, enabling the team to offer your business a full service solution.
Within the Life & Health Sector the team also carries out senior level placements in Product Development, Underwriting, Sales & Marketing, Strategy, and Client Relationship Managers.
In relation to the Pensions & Investment area our remit broadens to focus on Business Development, Consultant and Client Relationship Management, Portfolio Management, Product Specialists, as well as the more traditional Modeling, Strategy, and Consulting positions
The Actuarial Team is able to offer both search and contingent recruitment solutions to clients and deliver candidates on both a permanent and contract/interim basis. Focusing on the mid to senior level market, they are continually open to have informal conversations and provide advice on the market and opportunities to candidates at any stage of their career. We also offer business intelligence and market mapping services to many of our clients allowing them to make strategic decisions, based on thorough understanding of their competitors.
Consultants within the division have specialist knowledge in their chosen market and are able to provide advice and solutions which suit both the client’s needs and the candidate’s requirements, skills and character. They take time to understand your business and find the right solution to fit your strategy. The consultants are also keen to discuss candidates' background, motivation and aspirations and provide quality consultative advice to help them progress in their career.
