There are specific occasions where Eames Consulting Group strongly recommend the use of advertising - these include challenging geographical locations, demand for an scarce skill set, or high volume recruitment coupled with company branding activities.
With advertised selection, Eames Consulting Group research and provide advice on the most appropriate advertising media. We then book, draft and design the advert in conjunction with the client. Our consultants respond to all applications in a professional manner, conduct screening interviews and present a short-list of candidates to the client within an agreed timeframe. All assignments of this nature are managed as a ‘project’ with key dates and deliverables with regular, timely communication with the client.
Our relationships with media and advertising agencies ensure we are able to offer our clients the most competitive price as well as gaining some of the most premium positions within publications.
