Our Information Technology team is dedicated to sourcing and delivering mid to senior level I.T and business technologists across the Insurance, Banking and Professional Services sectors. Dedicated teams of experienced consultants are subject matter experts and have developed extensive client and candidate contacts globally.
We deliver the most interesting opportunities for our candidates and equally the best talent for our clients, taking time to ensure that both the technical experience and cultural fit are matched. We also aim to deliver an efficient response to requirements, typically sourcing interviewed and referenced candidates for contract opportunities within hours and permanent positions within a few days.
To ensure our clients receive an exceptional service, consultants are aligned to each sector so they can leverage their knowledge of the market, current trends and access the best talent within them. We exploit modern and effective networking methodologies to allow us access to talent which might not be ‘active’ in the markets and therefore not registered with agencies. We also partner with Kenexa, a global provider of over 1,000 psychometric and technical tests to ensure we deliver technically vetted candidates.
