Responsibilities
Build a strong partnership and effective communication channel with the bank partners
Evaluate, develop and implement an effective sales training strategy for the bancassurance channel base on the performance of the frontline forces.
Enhance the understanding of product proposition and client service by developing training programs on topics including explanation of features and benefits, and terms & conditions of different insurance policies.
Ensure and monitor the effectiveness of all training related initiatives with measurement and analytics on the training results
Build, lead and develop a high calibre training team
Requirements
Over 12 years experience in insurance and bancassurance industry
Solid experience in bancassurance and life insurance products
Frontline exposure is highly preferred
Strong communication skills and the ability to develop training programs
