They creating this new role focusing on bringing the best in class AI products and change the way their customers feel about their industry.

The role's coverage:

  • Setting enterprise-wide new Analytical AI + Generative AI applications

  • Drive group wide data literacy and transformation to embed AI everywhere along customer, distribution and employee journey

  • To support Customer Central Strategy, deploy best in call CRM strategy and solution across different BUs


Other key responsibilities

  • Define new business model strategy, process and AI applications by using both generative AI and analytical AI

  • Drive Smart Monetization to increase new VNB, improve customer experience and achieve operational excellence.

  • Design, Develop and Deploy Best in Class AI Applications and Products

  • Drive Data Monetization execution by providing Subject Matter Expert recommendation and campaign design

  • Set up new business growth practice by using data partnership for effective customer acquisition and up sell and cross sell

  • Execution of data-driven targeted campaigns via multiple channels to achieve revenue targets.

  • Promote and drive use of AI models to identify micro segments, social networks, propensity to buy and Lapse prevention, etc.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in a major financial or consultant organization, with large-scale data partnership, data monetization, customer relationship management, data product, AI application or digital marketing experience.

  • At least 3 years in a management role, with board level change or transformation leadership experience.

  • At least 5 years data product, data partnership and data monetization implementation experience
