Motor Reserving Lead
Eames are currently partnered with a leading home & motor team, who have recently undergone a major transformation project within their reserving team. Subsequently, they're looking to hire a qualified actuary to support a range of reserving projects.
The purpose of this role is to lead the the motor reserving function, determining the strategic direction for the team. You'll advise on actuarial and business planning, and will lead the implementation and delivery of large complex projects.
The ideal candidate is a qualified reserving actuary with a strong experience in motor reserving and an ability in challenging senior stakeholders.
