Eames is currently partnered with a digital speciality insurer who are looking for a Senior ML Ops Engineer to deliver a new machine learning platform.
They are London-based, offering hybrid working and a circa £95,000 salary depending on experience plus a targeted bonus.
In this role, you will:
· Work collaboratively with business-wide stakeholders to solve exciting technical challenges.
· Propose new initiatives and lead cross-functional teams to deliver on these objectives.
· Define best practices and standards within the ML Ops team.
· Leverage previous experience to guide teams and inform strategic decisions.
The candidate:
· Previous experience with Python, Kubernetes, Seldon and ML Flow
· Previous experience building an ML Ops system from scratch.
· A track record in managing an array of models e.g., actuarial models, rule-based, heuristic, ect.
· Previous technical leadership experience.
