An exciting opportunity to join a growing Syndicate looking to hire a Syndicate Business Planning Manager. This individual will lead the annual Syndicate Business Forecast (SBF) process, aligning with strategic plans and cultivating strong relationships with Lloyd's.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Provide invaluable business insights and analytics to syndicate leadership and underwriting teams.
- Collaborate with Specialty Insurance Analytics & Business Insights team to ensure inclusion in planning and performance oversight.
- Assist in critical review of business plans and performance, engaging and challenging senior stakeholders.
Previous knowledge of the planning and performance monitoring processes at Lloyd's is essential.
