Comprising of business people with successful careers in management, our leadership team has gained a significant amount of experience in both the UK and overseas markets and is directly accountable for the long-term strategic direction overall performance of the Group.
 

Matthew Eames | Founder & Executive Director, Group
Executive Director and founder of Eames Consulting Group. Matthew is responsible for the firm’s business strategy, which has already led to Eames becoming one of the world’s leading search firms. Matthew’s career started in the Insurance industry, working at Lloyd’s of London for several years as an underwriter. After joining a global recruitment firm, he quickly rose to become the highest performing consultant globally, before leaving and founding Eames Consulting Group. Matthew is still actively involved in building, enhancing and consolidating the firm’s market presence with new and existing clients globally.
 
Matthew Jaquiss | Group Managing Director
Matthew has started, grown, led, owned and developed several recruitment and executive search business including his tenure as Director of TMP Worldwide, Executive Director and Head of UK & European Markets at Alexander Mann Global Markets, Managing Director of Spencer Fitzgerald and as Managing Director of Eames Consulting Group. Matthew’s remit is to oversee the design and implementation of Group strategy and to grow the business in line with the corporate goals. Matthew manages the group management team on a day to day basis.
 
Samantha White | Director, Asia Pacific
Samantha graduated from Exeter University with a BA Hons in Law and joined Eames Consulting in 2008 where she established, built up and ran four hugely successful teams in the UK business as Director, Actuarial, Audit, Compliance and Risk Management. Samantha’s current remit is to oversee the existing Singapore operations while growing the business across Asia Pacific, through offices in Hong Kong, Sydney and beyond.
 
Andy Muir | Finance Director
Andy began his career on the graduate scheme at Fidelity Investments before qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) in 2004.  He has since acquired significant experience in senior finance roles within the recruitment industry, in 2005 joining Hudson (a Nasdaq listed global recruitment business) as UK Financial Controller.  Promotions saw Andy appointed as UK Director of Financial Planning & Analysis through to European Head of Financial Control & Analysis.  He moved to Kellan Group Plc (an AIM listed recruitment business) as Group Head of Financial Control prior to starting with Eames Consulting Group in 2011. 
 
Daniel Warwick | Country Manager (Singapore)
Daniel started his recruitment career 14 years ago focussing within Information Technology.  For the past 7 years he has been working in a management capacity, developing and growing teams of successful consultants, not only within Technology but also Finance, Banking and Sales.  Having moved to Singapore in early 2009 to build the Technology Division of Spring, Daniel has now joined Eames Consulting to focus on the growth of the Singapore practice. 
 
Richard Griffiths | Head of Broking, Claims & Underwriting (UK)
Richard was previously Deputy MD for Hays Insurance and Financial Services UK and Ireland and also Director of Hays Senior Appointments where he helped establish a multi million pound business from scratch and has many years experience of growing successful teams within the Insurance markets. Richard manages the Broking, Claims and Underwriting divisions.
 
Rob Bulpitt | Head of Actuarial, Pensions & Insurance Risk Management (UK)
Rob joined Eames Consulting Group to lead the Actuarial practice. Prior to Eames Rob worked at Darwin Rhodes for over eight years in London and managed the Actuarial Team. He began his career primarily concentrating on the Pensions and Investments markets but this later expanded and developed into the Non Life and Life markets. Rob primarily focuses on the mid to senior level hires.
 
Rupert Rickard I Manager, Non-Life Actuarial & Insurance Risk Management
Rupert began his career trading fixed income derivatives for a prominent futures trading house before joining Darwin Rhodes as a Consultant. Tasked with developing the UK Actuarial practice, following great success Rupert was asked to head up the P&C Actuarial division of Darwin Rhodes in North America, based out of New York, where he succeeded in establishing this division as a supplier of choice to the leading P&C (re)insurers, management consultancies and broking houses. Following his return to the UK, Rupert joined the Eames Consulting Group in 2009 further develop his specialist non-life actuarial and insurance risk experience from his time in the UK & US (including Bermuda). Rupert has built an extensive global network of senior nonlife actuaries and risk management professionals, spanning the globe and servicing clients in Europe (Switzerland, Munich), Asia (Hong Kong, Dubai) & Australia and has an excellent reputation within the market. Rupert’s current objective is to continue developing his division and the Eames Consulting Groups brand within the Non-Life Insurance Actuarial and Risk Management market.
 
Howard Rogers I Manager, Audit (UK)
Howard graduated from Swansea University with a BA in French and spent 11 years as a Derivatives Money Broker working in London, Lausanne and Paris. Following this Howard moved to Financial Services Audit recruitment, where he has spent the last 12 years building a strong understanding of his clients and candidates within the Capital Markets arena. A highly respected recruiter with a reputation for delivery and professionalism, Howard has a well-established network of Audit
 
Lucy White | Manager, Change Management (UK)
Lucy White has 13 years experience within Executive recruitment. Having worked for a number of medium and larger Global recruitment firms Lucy brings a wealth of knowledge surrounding both Interim and Permanent Change Management recruitment within Financial Services and Insurance.
 
Ruth Foster I Manager, Risk Management and Compliance
Ruth graduated from Sheffield University with a BA in German and Spanish, beginning her recruitment career at Hays, in their multilingual division. Moving to join Astbury Marsden Ruth set up the permanent Newly Qualified Finance team going on to secure its position on a number of key Investment Banking PSLs. Following this success Ruth was asked to Head up the Finance, Risk and Compliance Contracts Division, where she remained until she joined Eames Consulting in March 2010. Currently Manager of the Risk Management and Compliance teams, Ruth has been successful in developing her teams’ presence across the financial services market within the Compliance and Risk Management disciplines; recruiting for contract, permanent and retained assignments. Ruth has over ten year’s recruitment experience and is highly regarded by both clients and candidates.  
 
Derren Bevington I Manager, Information Technology (UK)
Having graduated from the University of Keele, Derren joined Monroe Systems as a senior networks consultant before moving across to recruitment by joining Elan where Derren spent the bulk of his ten year recruitment career. At Elan, Derren worked his way through several promotions, ending up as sales Manager and managing five teams of recruiters. Derren joined Eames Consulting in 2010 to spearhead the growth of the well established and successful Information Technology division.
 
Ben Johnson I Manager, Project Management, Europe
Ben graduated from Central St. Martins with a 1st class honours BA in marketing and started his recruitment career with ESS. He later joined Eames Consulting in 2008 as a Consultant within the Change Management / Insurance practice, being promoted in 2009 to Senior Consultant and then in 2010 to Manager to develop Eames Consulting Europe. His remit is to build and promote the Eames brand within Europe, replicating the UK model in Zurich in 2011.
