Our leadership team is made up of talented and successful individuals, all with expertise and specialist knowledge in their business areas. Business people with successful careers in management, our leadership team has gained a valuable wealth of experience in both the UK and in global markets, and is directly responsible for the long term strategic direction of the Group. The expertise of our leadership team ensures the commercial success of Eames Consulting Group’s individual brands and services. The team is also accountable for the Group’s overall performance.

 
Matthew Eames | CEO (Group)
Matthew’s career started in the Insurance industry, working at Lloyd’s of London as an underwriter for several years. After joining a global recruitment firm he quickly rose to become the highest performing consultant globally in competition with 435 consultants, retaining this accolade for two years before founding Eames Consulting Group in 2002. As part of the company board Matthew defines and oversees delivery of the company strategy and is still actively involved in building, enhancing and consolidating our market presence with new and existing clients.
 
Matthew Jaquiss | Managing Director (Group & UK)
Matthew has started, grown, led, owned and developed several recruitment and executive search business including his tenure as Director of TMP Worldwide, Executive Director and Head of UK & European Markets at Alexander Mann Global Markets, Managing Director of Spencer Fitzgerald and as Managing Director of Eames Consulting Group. Matthew’s remit is to oversee the design and implementation of Group strategy and to grow the business in line with the Corporate goals. Matthew manages the management team on a day to day basis.
 
Shane O’Neill | Managing Director (Asia Pacific)
An Executive Recruitment and Human Resources Outsourcing specialist, Shane has designed and implemented solutions for a diverse range of clients. His senior management experience spans a variety of roles held in London, Sydney and, most recently, Hong Kong with a particular focus on the professional services, banking and IT sectors. Shane joined Eames Consulting Group’s leadership team in January 2010, reports directly into Matthew Jaquiss and has the responsibility of heading-up and growing our presence in Asia.
 
Rob Bulpitt | Manager (Actuarial)
Rob joined Eames Consulting Group to lead the Actuarial practice. Prior to Eames Rob worked at Darwin Rhodes for over eight years in London and managed the Actuarial Team. He began his career primarily concentrating on the Pensions and Investments markets but this later expanded and developed into the Non Life and Life markets. Rob primarily focuses on the mid to senior level hires.
 
Richard Griffiths | Manager (Broking & Underwriting)
Richard was previously Deputy MD for Hays Insurance and Financial Services UK and Ireland and also Director of Hays Senior Appointments where he helped establish a multi million pound business from scratch and has many years experience of growing successful teams within the Insurance markets. Richard manages the Underwriting & Broking division.
 
Lucy White | Manager (Change Management)
Lucy White has 13 years experience within Executive recruitment. Having worked for a number of medium and larger Global recruitment firms Lucy brings a wealth of knowledge surrounding both Interim and Permanent Change Management recruitment within Financial Services and Insurance.
 
Stephen Wall| Manager (Compliance)
On completing Northumbria University Stephen entered the city with Citigroup, working in the Cash Management Division before joining Old Mutual where he spent four years in sales. In early 2000 Stephen joined Alexander Mann Financial Markets to help build the compliance practice. Stephen has conducted searches in the compliance space from MD to VP/Associate Director in business ranging from Lloyds of London insurers to Bulge Bracket Investment Banks.
 
Jason Addicott | Manager (Information Technology)
Jason holds a Degree in Software Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University and has 14 years recruitment & recruitment management experience. Jason joined Eames to lead and manage the Information Technology practice.
 
Samantha White | Manager (Audit & Risk Management)
Samantha graduated from Exeter University with a BA Hons in Law and developed a niche within the Financial Services Strategy and Risk Management market covering all areas of market, credit and operational risk along with quantitative roles at mid to senior levels. She has been involved in assignments at all levels, within the retail and investment banking, insurance and consultancy markets.
 
Lisa Webb | Manager (Business Support)
Lisa’s career in recruitment began in 1999 when she joined the business support function at PSD. Lisa has been with Eames Consulting since the very beginning, having helped Matthew Eames establish the infrastructure in 2002. Lisa now heads up a team who whose responsibilities include; Human Resources, Finance, I.T. Office Management and sales support.
