We have a long history of successfully delivering Executive Search campaigns and sourcing high performing talent to fulfill key roles in a variety of organisations in these sectors.
We define the assignment team responsible for the mandate, who in turn meet the client to discuss the exact requirements of the search. This includes the strategic objectives and assignment brief, time-scales and methods of research.
We will design and execute a campaign to cater exactly to the client requirements. In the first instance working with the client to create a mandate detailing the exact experience sought from the market. Following this we will agree a target list of companies and utilise our in-house sector specific research team to identify high achievers within these companies to be discreetly approached. After a thorough assessment of potential candidates a short-list will be created and presented to the client. Following successful meetings with the client the preferred candidate will be closely managed through the remaining process ensuring that offers are effectively relayed and they are supported through their period of notice.
Open communication is adhered to from inception of the mandate through to completion. We establish clear lines for communication at the beginning of a mandate which are used throughout the search life cycle. Honest feedback is a key element to a timely and successful mandate.
