Success for head-hunters depends on their level of market knowledge, network of contacts and ability to target and assess suitable candidates. Having operated in our chosen markets for a number of years we have built a comprehensive network of client and candidate contacts coupled with significant intellectual capital.
Identifying the right candidate is only one part of the process. Another key part is managing the process through to a successful conclusion. Each campaign is bespoke and designed to deliver a shortlist of candidates who are appropriate, relevant and where possible diverse.
We follow a process which starts with discussing your requirement, how the process will be managed and spending time understanding your organisations culture and business strategy. Working closely with all the people involved in the hiring process we will produce a detailed brief outlining the specification, methodology and timescales. For each mandate we combine new research and our extensive and existing market knowledge to create a ‘long-list’ of potential individuals which we look to present to the client. Following in-depth interviews a report is compiled with biographies, feedback on each individual, compensation packages and market references. Often relaying high level feedback on our clients business, individuals and the particular position available.
Following a successful client interview process, which we manage very closely, an offer is formulised. This is a crucial stage, as such we remain close to both parties and broker the offer, negotiating on behalf of our client to reach an acceptable outcome. We continue to manage the process, remaining close to the candidate through the resignation process and on still to the induction phase in the new position.
