Once selected, we allocate the team responsible for the mandate who, in turn, meet the client to discuss the exact requirements of the search. This includes the strategic objectives, assignment brief, time-scales and methods of research.
 
Each campaign is bespoke and designed to deliver exactly to the client requirements. We will utilise our in-house research teams to identify high achievers to be discreetly approached.  After a thorough assessment of potential candidates a short-list will be created and presented to the client alongside any technical or psychometric reports. Following successful meetings with the client the preferred candidate will be managed through the remaining process ensuring that offers are effectively relayed, and they are supported through their period of notice.
