Our Story

Eames Consulting is where we first started. We’re the largest brand in Eames Group with a history in the industry since 2002. After a successful career as a Lloyd’s Market underwriter, our founder, Matthew Eames saw an opportunity to start a recruitment consultancy that specifically focused on the mid-to-senior layer of the market, that would operate as a true specialist. And Eames Consulting was born.
