(Insurance) Business Development Consultant - London
Working within the Insurance Broking, Claims and Underwriting Practice. This role will involve calling on and presenting to existing and prospective board level clients in the (Re)insurance Sector in London with the aim of securing new retained executive search assignments. With a well qualified database to work from, the appointee will set up and co-ordinate pitch meetings - accompanying our Lead Consultant(s) and Senior Research Assistant at those meetings. KPIs will focus around meetings booked/proposals delivered and proposals accepted. With average fees of around £50,000 per assignment  there will be a split fee allocation of fees produced. Ideal candidates must have a solid track record of new business development within the recruitment sector, experience within insurance recruitment would obviously be ideal.
 
(Insurance) Research Associate - London
Working with and reporting to our Senior Research Associate, the role will involve supporting desk and field based research for senior level retained executive search assignments in the (re)insurance sector. Working to tight time-schedules in the delivery of research reports , market maps and business intelligence reports – the ideal candidate must have a proven background in research whether recruitment related or not and be able to comfortably work at board level. The proactive use of the telephone is essential as well as the ability to assimilate technical information and produce well written reports.

Consultant & Senior Consultants (London, Singapore & Europe)
Due to continued client demand we are seeking consultants for our Actuarial division with preferably Life or Non-Life experience. Candidates would ideally have 2-3 years+ experience and a credible track record of placing Newly Qualified talent or Chief Actuaries & Senior Partners.  Depending on your discipline you will be working with leading Consultancies, Investment Banks, Asset Managers, Brokers, London Market and (Re) Insurers as we are expanding our capability to match market demand. Ideally you will have recruitment experience and a credible track record within financial services, however we will consider candidates with an industry background wishing to make a transition.
