We're delighted to announce the appointment of Glen Roberts, who joins the business as director of banking and asset management in London.

Glen joins the business from a 12+ year career at finance recruiter, Marks Sattin. Taking on an existing team with an established footprint across the UK and European banking and asset management markets, Glen has management responsibility for the permanent compliance, risk, audit and finance teams as well as change and technology.

Glen’s appointment comes at a crucial period of growth for the business, complementing other recent senior management appointments. As the business builds an even stronger foundation for sustainable growth, Glen’s remit includes a key focus on expansion of headcount, building out each of our specialist niches.

CEO, Guy Day spoke of Glen's appointment:

"We are delighted to welcome Glen to Eames. We have taken our business through 9 months of change to better prepare the company for growth but Glen's introduction reinforces what is already a strong leadership team. The opportunities for us in the banking, asset management and wider financial services market are significant and Glen will make a strong contribution to this."

Of his appointment, Glen shared:

“I’m absolutely delighted to have joined Eames Consulting Group at a crucial point in the evolution of the business as it seeks to further develop its client and candidate coverage across banking and asset management.

The support and welcome so far has been quite humbling and confirms it was the right decision to join a genuinely entrepreneurial business that has honest and realistic plans for growth.”
