We have the great pleasure of announcing that James Rydon has been promoted to the position of associate director.
James has quickly become an integral part of the Eames family during the three years he has been with the firm, whose ferocious work ethic and unwavering tenacity and ambition has led to significant success for both himself and his team.
This has earned him an excellent reputation amongst clients, candidates and colleagues alike.
Not only has he maintained his position among the top global permanent billers in the company, which has seen him secure a place on our coveted Saffron Club, he has done this while successfully growing and supporting a team that has flourished under his management.
This is James’ fourth promotion since joining Eames as a senior consultant in July 2015, having also become a partner in May 2017.
In addition to overseeing our permanent non-life actuarial and risk desk, James’ remit was recently expanded to include contract delivery amidst growing client demand.
He epitomises all of Eames’ core values and is fantastic brand ambassador who is passionate not only about his business area and specialism, but the firm as a whole.
