Patricia Ballweg has joined our internal Talent Acquisition team in London.
Boasting six years recruitment experience, Patricia joins the team to work alongside Talent Acquisition Manager, Catherine Bishop to continue our focus and momentum on internal hiring across all our locations.
Patricia will be working closely with divisional directors on their hiring plans, our marketing team on employer branding and HR and training with inducting new hires.
Having embedded a more strategic hiring plan at Eames as the business has grown, Patricia will be focused on recruiting against our core competencies and values; Partnerships, Accountability, Credibility and Ethics.
An advocate of D&I practices, Patricia is personally driven by exploring inclusive recruitment strategies and the impact of establishing a diverse workforce.
