We are delighted to announce the promotion ofJames Rydonto the position of director.
James joined Eames in July 2015 as a senior consultant on the non-life actuarial team. Since then he has broken through £1 million of total billings in February this year whilst also managing two teams last year.
James has become a subject matter expert in his space, demonstrating that with the right work ethic, focus and dedication a great deal can be achieved in a short period of time.
Since becoming a manager of non-life actuarial he has developed and mentored successful consultants and seen them promoted several times as well as continuing to build the Actuarial and Insurance Risk divisions with multiple key hires.
This is James’ fifth promotion since joining Eames as a senior consultant in July 2015, having also become a partner in May 2017.
