Head of Marketing, Sarah Roebuck, promoted to Partner

We are delighted to announce the promotion of Sarah Roebuck to Partner.

The role of Partner was conceived some years ago to initially recognise high performing fee earners and sales management who were instrumental to the culture, success and growth of the business. In recognition of the fundamental role our corporate services team play, we extended qualification to non-fee earners. Partnership is about performance, but it also recognises those that go above and beyond for the company.

Sarah joined Eames in 2014 and established the permanent marketing function, based out of London. In her time at Eames, Sarah has seen the marketing team grow to three and has supported office openings in Hong Kong and our first regional office in Reading, UK.

Sarah has also played a critical role in the development and launch of our executive search practice, Eames Partnership in 2017 and our consultancy arm, ECMS, launched late 2018.
