I head up the permanent Cyber Security desk, responsible for all permanent cybersecurity hires in the UK. I am also responsible for growing our perm teams and ensuring that all our consultants at Eames are successful.
I have been in recruitment since 2008 and always worked within high growth sectors. I have helped companies rapidly scale their businesses without losing their cultures. When partnering with clients, I operate as an extension of their team so that we have a success rate, not just in filling a role, but ensuring that this is a good match from both perspectives.
