Ben Whalley joined Eames in 2016 and leads the permanent insurance recruitment teams in the Actuarial, Pensions, Insurance Risk, Change, Technology and Compliance sectors.
Personally taking responsibility for senior exclusive and search mandates in his specialist sector, Ben also takes an active role in business development and client relationship management across the division, working closely with the in-house training and marketing teams to ensure the division consistently achieve potential.
Ben mentors and develops members of the team at all levels, driving revenue growth and expansion through the attraction of talent, and providing his team a clear route of progression.
