I joined Eames Consulting in early 2023, after graduating from University. I was attracted to the opportunity to positively influence somebody’s life by supporting their careers.
Eames Consulting is an environment where you can see success directly impacted by the work you put in, and that motivates me daily.
Specialising in broking and underwriting, I work with brokers and insurance companies, predominantly London Market and Lloyd’s Syndicates, typically on junior-to-mid-market level roles across multiple classes of business.
I pride myself in ensuring that my candidates are well-supported, well-informed and looked after during all stages of the recruitment process. Equally, I understand that transparent communication is so important when applying for a new job, and aim to keep candidates updated over and above what is expected.
What does being an opportunity maker mean to you?
To me, it means giving someone the possibility to do better and be happier. By presenting them new jobs, and helping them in the whole process, we are giving them an opportunity that they probably wouldn’t have had otherwise.
What Eames value resonates with you the most and why?
Ingrained Drive. I am a proactive person; I don’t wait for chances to come to me naturally. If I don’t get them, I’ll go after them.
