Danielle brings an impressive blend of on-the-desk recruitment experience and training and development expertise. Having spent 10 years running technology recruitment desks and holding top-billing and management positions for companies such as Harvey Nash, Cornwallis and Aspire, Danielle soon recognised her passion for recruitment training and made the transition into Learning & Development.
She joined Eames in 2017 to head up our People & Performance function, and currently works very closely with the business to support them on core sales training, as well as our internal talent attraction. Danni completed her Level 5 CIPD in Learning & Development in 2019.
With a 13+ year career in the sector, Danni says her passion for recruitment has never faded due to the people-orientated nature and room for growth and development as an industry – "coaching and training people to be great at ‘selling’ people to people never gets boring." She herself is motivated by developing her own role and adding genuine value to the business and its people.
When it comes to hiring talent, Danni recognises that everyone is driven by different goals and aspirations. As a very passionately values-led individual, Danni also looks for those who subscribe to our ways of working and represent our values at their core, Partnerships, Accountability, Credibility and Ethics.
