Gladys Chung

Consultant, Technology

I am a consultant recruiting junior to senior-level change management professionals in Hong Kong. I work across a variety of sectors and with clients ranging from top-tier global institutions to local financial service firms.

I am humble and open-minded when dealing with my community, and I provide a focused service where I always aim to research, and then match and manage expectations. Setting up this process means we can remain focused as a team on the end goal, which is to help professionals find their dream job and build great teams in organisations.

What does being an opportunity maker mean to you?

Everyone deserves the opportunity to become the person they always pursue. It is meaningful to me when I can help someone reach that goal.

What Eames value resonates with you the most and why?

Personal Accountability. This means personal accomplishment and it helps me to continually improve what I do to be the best I can.
