I am a consultant on the life actuarial team recruiting high-quality talent, from graduates up to C-suite professionals.
My main responsibilities are to mesh the right candidates to the right role. I also ensure I keep up to date with my market, so I’m able to take a consultative and honest approach with my candidates on market movements, maintain relationships as well as provide a high service level that’s best in class.
I love being able to connect with new people and help, advise and bring new opportunities to my network.
Taking part in the associate consultant development programme has allowed me to gain insight and learn from some of the best actuarial recruiters in London and put my extensive training into action.
For me, being an active listener is key. Understanding your candidates' motivations as well as their wants and needs from an employer is how I can establish the next best steps.

What Eames value resonates with you the most and why?
Agile & Adaptive. I’ve lived and gone to school in various countries, including Singapore, Dubai, Tanzania and England, which has taught me how to continuously adapt to new cultures and places. I’ve had to continue making new friendships and relearn how to be comfortable in a new environment.
