What does being an opportunity maker mean to you? Being able to help clients make big changes to their business through hiring strategies and market information. Being able to help candidates by staying connected and, when the right opportunity comes up, changing someone’s career for the better.

Professional Expertise; I have always wanted to be an expert and a go-to for my clients, not a generalist who says they can do everything but does it to a poor standard. It is what has kept me within buy-side governance for 7 years. Building on my knowledge, making connections and developing them over time.
