I am a senior contract and compliance officer in the UK.
I conduct the onboarding of contractors to ensure that everything is in place prior to them starting with the client, this includes obtaining references and checks in line with screening requirements as well as issuing contracts to both candidates and clients.
I am also responsible for the end of month internal and external reports as well as overseeing the permanent placement process, ensuring necessary confirmations are in place and correct terms of business prior to invoicing the placement.
I enjoy the collaborative approach between divisions and the accountability I take to make sure the candidate starts on time and is compliant before they are on site.
