I am a senior consultant specialising in the risk and compliance space across the insurance market, working with brokers, Lloyd’s syndicates and MGAs within London.
I am responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process for mid-to-senior level positions. This includes identifying staffing needs, assisting with job descriptions if needed, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and negotiating job offers. I can also play a key role in developing and implementing recruiting strategies that meet the needs of an organisation.
I enjoy the process of meeting candidates and clients and hearing about their journeys, goals and motivations. It is a role where you can assist companies and individuals in unlocking their full potential.
I have a strong understanding of the recruiting process, as well as the ability to think strategically and solve problems. I ensure my service is best in class by listening to what the issues/problems are and making a plan to resolve them as soon as possible. Keeping all stakeholders informed allows everyone to be aware of progress and sets out clear expectations.
