I am a principal consultant, specialising in software development and technology, recruiting mid to executive level hires, and working with a lot of banking and financial services clients along with FinTech’s and start-ups.
I see my role in recruitment as three-fold; I am a relationship builder and enjoy being able to develop strong partnerships with clients and candidates, I am a honest consultant and can provide advice to clients and candidates on the market and lastly I am a resource, and aim to build a strong talent pool by networking and sourcing the best people in the technology market.
I enjoy recruitment because by doing these three things I can help people find their dream job and progress their careers while contributing to my client’s growth or talent needs.

Agile & Adaptive – over the years I have learnt to see failure as a way to learn. The same applies in recruitment, if things aren’t going our way, we must learn to see how we can improve them.
