I am a global marketing executive based in the London office focusing on the continuous development and approach to branding, communication and engagement for consultants, clients and candidates. I started my career at Eames supporting on a build out project for a European client with the compliance team which allowed me to gain insight into the recruitment industry and processes.
I work as part of a strong corporate services infrastructure supporting on personal branding, by conducting over 60 one to one sessions with consultants on improving their online profiles to maximise exposure and engagement. I manage social media platforms for brand awareness, promote our capabilities across the insurance, finance and technology sectors as well as displaying the #TeamEames culture globally through consistent campaigns and events.
I support consultants through their job advertisements via our intuitive website and LinkedIn on well-written on brand ads as well as quality, informative and custom brochures.
