I’m a senior marketing executive based in the UK supporting our insurance and banking teams at Eames Consulting in the UK, Asia and USA, as well as our executive search arm, Eames Partnership.
I work closely with the consultants with one-to-one personal branding support and running candidate generation sessions to add value outside of a typical transactional approach.
Another element of my role is producing a weekly global newsletter with the latest (re)insurance updates as well as a monthly internal wellness circular to support health and wellbeing.
I enjoy being able to consult, be creative, add value, analyse data to continuously develop and add value to wider business objectives to ultimately drive sales and employee engagement.
Since 2020 I have also been a part of our Diversity and Inclusion Committee and CSR Committee, assisting the business in driving key projects for change, having an impact on the environment, and giving back to the community.
What does being an opportunity maker mean to you?
Collaboration, knowing where you can add value and what an opportunity looks like, confidence, working outside of your comfort zone, continuous learning, using your skills to help others and going that one step further to deliver.
What is it about recruitment that has kept you in the industry?
No day is the same for me, I get to use different skills every day so it’s never a dull moment. It’s fast-paced, challenging and an industry that keeps you on your toes. I love being in a role where you can always improve and learn from people outside of your own function too. The people I work with are a pretty fantastic team too!
