I am a Principal Consultant working predominantly with general insurance clients, Lloyd’s entities, insurers, and brokers. My remit covers mid-senior hires across the governance functions which encompasses compliance, legal and risk management primarily London based.
Having developed a wide network, I provide solutions to my client's hiring and talent objectives, partnering with them to identify the best talent on the market. I’m consultative and transparent in my approach providing insights to both clients and candidates. The governance market is constantly evolving, and I enjoy keeping up to date with changes and understanding the wider impact they have on both my client’s business strategy and hiring plans.
My recruitment career began in 2007 and since this time I have had the opportunity to develop global relationships and networks across a number of jurisdictions.
I am passionate about developing relationships and finding the ‘right fit’ and solutions for my candidate’s career goals and my client’s business objectives.
