I am a senior consultant and I specialise in recruiting mid to exec level hires within the cyber security and technology risk space in the APAC region. We work with a myriad of different clients, with several of them sitting within the BFSI sector.
Blending my psychology degree with my love for technology, has made an impact on how much I value my career and my role as a recruitment consultant. I love being able to build relationships with my communities and connect people and companies, so that individuals will be able to advance their careers, while companies will have talented and passionate individuals to help strengthen their cyber security posture. My goal is to always match individuals to companies where they can thrive long-term.
What does being an opportunity maker mean to you?
It means maximising every opportunity you’ve been given to succeed. Even if you do lose that opportunity, learning from how you “failed” or “fell short” is another valuable experience so that you don’t repeat that again.
What Eames value resonates with you the most and why?
Ingrained Drive. To me, ingrained drive is about being resilient and consistent. It is easy to be successful in a thriving market, but what differentiates a person from the rest is how they deal and push through setbacks. I pride myself on consistently putting in the work and effort, even when it takes time for the results to translate.
