I am a consultant on the non-life actuarial and insurance risk team specialising in working with syndicates in the Lloyd’s Market, as well as consultancies. I recruit professionals from entry up to senior level and provide a specialised service within the niche actuarial field.
My responsibilities within my role are sourcing the industry’s top-level candidates for my client's business needs. I ensure that when working with both my clients and candidates, I’m understanding the criteria of needs and meshing my candidates with the right company culture where they can progress their careers. I take my time to fully understand the objective of my client, and their specific requirements whilst providing transparency, consistency and results.
I enjoy the variety in day-to-day recruitment, the collaboration between my high-performing actuarial team, working with world-class clients and being able to have the opportunity to place candidates in their dream roles.

Agile and Adaptive. Recruitment is a constant swirl of highs and lows, and I think looking over the last year of my career this is something I have seen myself get better at handling thanks to the support of my team and the training I received at Eames.
