Eames Consulting are working with a rapidly growing, market leading, Insuretech company based in London. They are looking for an Accidental Damage Team Leader, to work closely with their Credit Hire Division within their Motor Claims team. This role offers complete influence and control over the strategies and practices put in place to develop this function.

This is a great opportunity for someone with management experience, or who has lead an Accidental Damage department before, to join a reputable and well respected insurer and design, structure, deliver and manage a Live Chat team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of the new and growing Claims Handling team, putting training together to support the development of their skills and experience.
  • Managing the operations ensuring the claims executives are on track to hit their KPI's & OKRs.
  • Acting as the technical point of contact across the Claims Division and taking ownership of the strategy of functions.
  • Collaborate across the business and proactively handle claims.

This role is a hybrid role, with a minimum of one day in the London based office every fortnight and further offers a competitive salary, benefits package & stock options, with 33 days holidays and the top tech too.
