I'm currently working with a global broker on the appointment of a broker/account manager to join their Aviation and Aerospace team in Norwich.
You will be accountable for engaging with and strengthening relationships with key client decision makers ensuring a high level of service is maintained. You will also be expected to cross sell and develop additional business from the existing portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have experience within the Aviation and Aerospace industry and come from a broking or account management background.
The successful candidate will:
- Come from a broking/underwriting or claims background.
- Have had exposure within Aviation & Aerospace or in a transferable industry.
- Enjoy engaging with clients and underwriters.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Demonstrate commitment to the organisation, team and role.
