Our clients' Actuarial & Risk Analytics team are looking for a junior actuarial analyst to join them in Edinburgh. The team consists of actuaries and risk experts, with backgrounds covering risk, actuarial and analytics, providing technical support and analysis to multiple territories across the Western hemisphere.
The actuarial analyst will be responsible for:
- Experience analyses.
- IFRS reporting.
- Economic capital calculations.
- Pricing.
- Model governance.
- Ad-hoc project work.
Suitable candidates will be part-qualified actuarial students making good exam progress who are able to apply knowledge of financial services products to a working environment. Knowledge of Excel, VBA, SAS and/or Prophet is required. Ability to speak French or Spanish would be advantageous.
