My client is seeking a quantitative actuary to take responsibility for designing, driving and delivering the actuarial and analytical solutions programs within their global H&B business.
With direct responsibility for 3 junior reports, and sitting in a wider team of 40, the Actuarial Director H&B will be responsible for leading multi-discipline project teams of actuaries, data scientists, developers and analysts across both on/offshore locations, managing the full end-to-end delivery lifecycle.
Suitable individuals will have:
- 5+ years quantitative Actuarial experience with relevant professional certifications at Associate or Fellowship level.
- Expertise in actuarial & financial modelling within the Insurance market
- Proven capabilities in project management (Agile etc.) and leading mutli-discplinary teams
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Programming knowledge in C#, R, Python, SQL or JavaScript
