A leading insurer is looking to hire an Actuarial Manager to oversee their technical pricing team.
The candidate will be responsible for producing specialist and statistical analysis of underwriting and claims performance. Furthermore, the actuarial manager will carry out ad-hoc pricing projects and communicate outcomes to senior management whilst mentoring more junior member in their work.
The ideal candidate will be extremely ambitious regarding progressing in their career and will have at least a 2:1 in Mathematics, Actuarial Science or another relevant field. Experience in Emblem and Generalised Linear Modelling is also preferred, candidates with reserving experience will also be considered.
