One of our client is hiring for an Agile Coach. This role will play a crucial role in driving the delivery of digital transformation and spearheads the major transformation across all aspects of digital capabilities and latest technologies.
As the Agile Coach, you will required to:
- Drive the coaching of Agile and DevOps practice adoption
- Be the Subject Matter Expert in essence of LEAN/Agile principles and educate best practices and adoption in the transformation journey
- Take charge in governing all strategic planning and execution of DevOps projects
- Assist in onboarding stakeholders into the agile way of working
As an ideal candidate, you must have at least 10 years of proven experience in driving large scale, complex Agile/LEAN transformation across business and technology groups. You should be a passionate Agile practitioner/coach with strong foundation of software development experience and DevOps experience in order to walk the talk to champion the transformation journey!
