Our client is a global management consultancy with an ambitions to build out their financial services transformation and implementation offering. Focussed on banks, insurers and life and pensions providers, they aim to provide finance and risk transformation, systems implementation and business process re-engineering expertise.
One senior and strategically hire within the group will be the appointment of an Agile evangelist to develop new delivery methods internally and promote these when engaged on client site. You will ideally have a broad understanding of various Agile approaches (Scrum, SaFE, Kanban) and be able to offer a flexible approach based on the needs of each client/project. The role will also involve taking the lead on critical client deliveries so strong programme management experience within the financial services industry is essential.
