Job Description

A top tier bank is looking for a Programme Manager to join their team in London.

  • Digital transformation programme oversight over multiple streams
  • Responsible for programme governance, running programme steerco and presenting the programme other governance forums
  • Responsible for the delivery of new system functionality including MVP for certain countries and sectors in the Agile methodology
  • This includes oversight over requirements gathering in Agile format
  • Responsibility for UAT output and defect management
  • Deep understanding of business requirements and proposed vendor solution to ensure solution is aligned and business needs are addressed
  • Oversight over testing team, validating testing approach, point of escalation for defects, responsible for ensuring defect resolution
  • Create and Maintain delivery plan for each release and ensuring BAs, Vendor and Testing team
  • Deep understand of system and functionality and how that maps to business process
