Responsiblities
- (“ALM”) and Strategic Asset Allocation (“SAA”) to optimize the return on capital
- Manage the ALM team to support various ALM related assignments, including dividend recommendation, risk analysis and SAA
- Lead/ involve in the development project for the new regulatory framework, including IFRS17, Hong Kong Risk Based Capital (“HKRBC”) and Bermuda Monetary Authority (“BMA”) framework
- Review and coordinate the potential development of Asset-Liability-Strategy (“ALS”) model
- Provide ad-hoc ALM support to senior management if necessary
Requirements
- Degree holder with FSA or equivalent qualification(s)
- Minimum of 4 years’ of relevant experience in the life insurance industry
- Solid project management experience
- Strong communication skills, as well as analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English & Chinese
- Candidate with more expereince can be considered as Manager/ Senior Manager
