A well known insurer is looking for a nearly/newly qualified actuary to join their niche Alternative Risks Pricing team.
This role combines strategy, modelling and actuarial work which is applied to the business. You will be responsible for doing some performance management, having a look at the modelling, portfolio optimisation and other responsibilities. Very close to the business, underwriting side, and senior management.
This role would require a lot of "outside the box thinking" so if you are up for this challenge, I would strongly recommend it!
The ideal candidate has London Market or Commercial lines experience in capital modelling or pricing, and would be nearly/newly qualified.
