A global top tier bank is looking for AML Training Manager to join their new establishment in Warsaw.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that team members develop necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
- Provide team members with support in developing relevant behavioural skills.
- Develop a risk based curriculum.
- Work together with SMEs in the process of building relevant curriculum.
- Support design and delivery of training programmes for new tools.
- Design and develop ready to use training modules.
- Ensure that internal and external errors arising out of knowledge gaps are addressed.
Requirements
- A min. 8+ years of experience in similar role.
- Knowledge of Financial Crime Compliance processes and application of that to training and development.
- Demonstrate creative techniques in developing training content.
- Familiar with Learning Management System
Desirable
- Knowledge of Transaction Monitoring.
- Experience of working in a universal bank.
