Presenting a unique opportunity for 2-3 part qualified accountants with the passion to join a Global Finance Services business. The role covers a broad remit exposing you to various areas of the finance function including ad hoc and project responsibilities. You will also help to mentor some of the more junior accountants that will be covering most of the lower level accounting responsibilities; like posting journals etc. In return, you will be provided with full study support for an ACCA or CIMA qualification, as well as a competitive salary, bonus and benefits.

Responsibilities
- Preparation of financial statements, cash flows and associated notes;
- Compiling and analysing financial information that underlines the financial statements, including the treatment of business transactions;
- Preparation of asset level management reporting;
- Calculation of deal and fund level Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and other performance metrics;
- Dealing with year-end audit;
- Monitoring compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures;
- Collect appropriate data and preparing government reports and tax returns;
- Various ad hoc duties or projects as requested.
Requirements
- Studying towards ACCA, CIMA / equivalent, or Level 4 AAT
- Good academic background with at least a 2.1 at university or holds an AAT
- An understanding of UK GAAP, IFRS and other relevant accounting standards
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
