A specialist investment manager with global coverage is looking to enhance their finance team with a new Assistant Accountant in their London office. This opportunity is ideal for an accurate and numerate individual, who is looking to gain experience with a traditional asset manager. Reporting to the Head of Finance, this newly created role will support the finance team with various transactional tasks working across the sales ledger, purchase ledger, billings and finance operations. Being part of a small close-knit finance team, a successful candidate will immediately add value to the organisation and be able to learn and develop.

An ideal candidate will have experience of working in a sales ledger and/or billings role in an environment with a high volume of transactions - ideally funds management or financial services. Alternatively someone with some experience of fund accounting from a traditional asset manager would also thrive in this position.
