Eames are currently working with a Lloyd’s Syndicate on a newly created Assistant Underwriting Performance Manager role based in London. Reporting into the Underwriting Performance Manager, this role will be an internal focal point for all underwriting performance MI and reporting.
Strong stakeholder management skills are required. Previous experience within an Underwriting/Syndicate Performance role is essential, as is a confident understanding of Lloyd’s minimum standards.
