Job Description

Working for a well respected and high performing business within the Investment Management space, you will join a team focused on the provision of portfolio valuations to the business. This role will develop strong Valuation skills and and work closely with the business

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the sign-off of fund valuations and be involved in the end to end process working with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Perform reviews and checks on valuations input by analysts ensuring the accuracy of the data
  • Responsible for validation checks on valuation data, ensuring the team are dealing with exceptions appropriately on a quarterly basis
  • Coordinate Valuations Committee presentations and content tailored to the varied needs of the attendees
  • Oversight of the work of juniors within the team and deputising for the Head of Function at meetings when required

Knowledge and Experience Required

  • Professional Qualification - ACA / CFA / IMC
  • Private Equity / Fund of Funds Audit Experience
  • Knowledge of valuations techniques - DCF etc
  • Ability to work independently to objectively analyse technical processes
  • Experienced professional working with data in a financial environment.
