Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the planning and execution of the agency's business development strategy.

  • Identify and address district-level challenges to support the overall growth of the agency's business operations.

  • Coordinate with and integrate subject matter experts, particularly in key performance indicators (KPIs), to formulate tailored business solutions.

  • Develop the agency's leaders and agents to be highly effective business advisors.

  • Design and implement capability development programs to enhance the skills and expertise of the agency's workforce.

Requirement

  • Degree holder, preferably in the fields of Business Management, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in business development and agency management.

  • Relevant professional experience in the General Insurance industry is highly desirable.

  • Significant background and understanding of the insurance and/or financial services industry is preferred.
