The client is seeking a senior strategist who will be launching digital banking related initiatives / features on the mobile & online channels and managing the end-to-end customer experience / journey. The bank's digital department has been heavily investing over the last 2 years with a very strong presence in Hong Kong.
Requirements
- Ideally 6+ year's of experience within retail or corporate banking
- Strong project management experience in delivering complex projects related to digital banking.
- Strong experience defining and developing improvement opportunities across end-to-end customer experience on digital platforms.
- Effective communication skills with various senior stakeholders
- Good communication in both Cantonese and English
Package details
- Salary up to 70K HKD per month depending on experience
- Between 1.5-3 months performance bonus
