My Client are urgently looking for an Automation Product Manager with experience in Artificial Intelligence or Robotic Process Automation to fulfil the following role:

  • The role will be responsible for supporting the strategy and design, and ensuring delivery of automated robotic and intelligent automated solutions for processes defined within the project scope.
  •  Lead analysis, service design, service transition of robotics and intelligent automation products and services, as well as other automation products and services.
  •  Set up and run series of customer workshops to capture user stories and associated processes that have been identified as being a candidate for automation.
  •  Work with BA and 3rd party consultants on process redesign.
  •  Documentation of current state business processes / requirements using BPMN 2.0.
  •  Evaluate documented processes and liaise with the 3rd party process optimisation consultant to recommendation which type of automation is the best-fit.
  •  Work alongside the process optimisation consultant and the business to re-engineer processes into a standardised repeatable process that can be automated.
  •  Identify any non-standardised process steps which would prevent the end-to-end process from being automated and agree scope of the automated elements, identify handover between robot/ human in 'to be' processes.
  •  Identify data sources, business / process rules and field definitions to enable data mapping to the proposed automated design.
  •  Work closely with The OSM Product Owner, SME's, IT and 3rd party suppliers to deliver the solution.
  •  Identify ICF controls, permission model touchpoints
  •  Assess license model implications
  •  Lead service design and service transition, define service requirements
  •  Document and deliver the Service Design Package for the new service to agreed EBRD standards
  •  Document the overall Service Operating Model for the new service
  •  Agree Service Transition Plan and associated acceptance criteria
  •  To determine and agree the detailed ITSM integration detailed requirements
  •  To work with EBRD on determining any training requirements
  •  To work with the programme team on the service transition technical requirements
