Job Description

A global bank is looking to hire a Business Manager to support business continuity management, system implementation (including UAT) and system administration activities.

Responsibilities:

You will be reporting into the Head of Business/ Operations and be responsible for:

  • Co-ordinating system implementation and system improvements projects (with regional and head office stakeholders).
  • Oversight of project workflow, efficient use of resources and streamlining work methodologies.
  • Maintaining and improving business continuity plans which includes crisis management scenarios and co-ordinating training activities.
  • Administering user access control and create stakeholder awareness.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role within the Banking industry.
  • Knowledge in Project Management, Business Continuity and UAT.
  • Independent, resourceful and able to effectively communicate with local/ regional/ global stakeholders.
