A global bank is looking to hire a Business Manager to support business continuity management, system implementation (including UAT) and system administration activities.
Responsibilities:
You will be reporting into the Head of Business/ Operations and be responsible for:
- Co-ordinating system implementation and system improvements projects (with regional and head office stakeholders).
- Oversight of project workflow, efficient use of resources and streamlining work methodologies.
- Maintaining and improving business continuity plans which includes crisis management scenarios and co-ordinating training activities.
- Administering user access control and create stakeholder awareness.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role within the Banking industry.
- Knowledge in Project Management, Business Continuity and UAT.
- Independent, resourceful and able to effectively communicate with local/ regional/ global stakeholders.
